TSCA MISSION STATEMENT

Our mission, as the Torrance Sister City Association, is to promote friendship, goodwill, and understanding between the City of Torrance and the City of Kashiwa, Japan, through a people-to-people, citizen diplomacy approach and through joint participation in mutually established programs.
